The terms that apply when you use Nexora and its tools.
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nexora platform, including all of its tools, pages, and features (together, "Nexora" or the "Service").
Nexora is an independent online platform that provides free web-based tools for working with PDFs, images, text, calculations, QR codes and barcodes, developer utilities, and network diagnostics.
Please read these Terms carefully. They are written to be understandable by regular users, not just lawyers.
By accessing or using Nexora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Nexora.
Using Nexora — including simply opening a tool page — constitutes acceptance of these Terms. These Terms also incorporate the Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled.
Nexora brings a growing collection of practical web-based tools together in one place. Most tools process data entirely in your browser. A limited set of tools require server-side processing or external services — for example, the Photo QR share feature, the PDF protect/unlock tools, and network lookups. These are described in the Privacy Policy.
Nexora is provided as a free service. There are currently no paid features, and no payment is required to use any tool.
You may use Nexora if you are at least 13 years old, or if you are using Nexora with the consent of a parent or guardian where required by the laws of your country.
By using Nexora, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are using Nexora in accordance with these Terms.
You may use Nexora for lawful purposes, including:
There are no usage limits on Nexora's tools, and no registration is required. However, your use must be reasonable and must comply with these Terms.
You must not use Nexora for:
This list is not exhaustive. Nexora may treat any activity that harms the platform, its users, or third parties as prohibited use.
When you load a file or enter content into a Nexora tool, you keep full ownership of it. Nexora does not claim any ownership over your files, text, or data.
You are responsible for the files and content you process. You confirm that you have the right to process and (where applicable) share the content you provide, and that it does not violate any law or anyone's rights.
For tools that process data in your browser, your files never leave your device. For the limited set of server-side tools (Photo QR, PDF protect/unlock, and certain network lookups), the file or query is transmitted to Nexora's server as described in the Privacy Policy, and you consent to that transmission by using those tools.
Nexora's tools are provided to help you complete tasks, but their outputs are not guaranteed to be correct for every use case. Tool outputs can be affected by the quality of the input, the characteristics of the file, or limitations of the technology used.
You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it — for example, checking that a converted PDF looks correct, that a generated QR code scans properly, or that a network lookup result is accurate for your purpose.
You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs of Nexora's tools. Nexora does not guarantee that any output will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
Nexora's network tools return information about domains, IP addresses, and websites, based on public data sources and live lookups. This information is provided for general informational purposes.
You must only use these tools for legitimate purposes and only on domains, addresses, and websites that you are authorized to investigate. You agree not to use network tools to harass, probe without authorization, or cause harm.
Lookup results are drawn from third-party data sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for any important decision — for example, a security assessment or a legal judgment.
Some Nexora tools rely on third-party services to function — for example, public DNS resolvers, IP information services, and the OCR engine CDN. Nexora does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability or behavior.
When a tool uses a third-party service, that service may have its own terms and privacy policy that govern how it handles the queries it receives. The Privacy Policy lists these services and links to their policies.
Nexora pages may also contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience, and Nexora is not responsible for the content of those websites.
Nexora, including its name, logo, design, text, and the platform itself, belongs to Nexora. You may use Nexora as a service, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform itself — its design, code, or content — without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
The files and content you process through Nexora remain yours. Outputs you generate with the tools (such as a QR code or a converted PDF) are yours to use as you see fit, subject to any rights of third parties in the underlying content.
Nexora aims to keep the platform available, but it does not promise uninterrupted or permanent availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside Nexora's control.
Nexora may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time. Future areas — such as a blog, premium features, or an admin area — may or may not be released.
All tools on Nexora are currently free to use. There are no paid features today, no subscriptions, and no hidden charges.
Nexora may introduce paid features in the future. If that happens, any paid features will be clearly identified and subject to their own terms before you pay for anything.
Nexora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nexora does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that tool outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nexora in the twelve months preceding the claim. Because Nexora is currently free, this amount will typically be zero.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your use of Nexora is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains what information is processed, where it is processed, and how it is handled. By using Nexora, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Nexora may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service, or take technical measures to protect the Service, if you breach these Terms or if Nexora reasonably believes that your use is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the platform, its users, or third parties.
Because Nexora has no accounts, restrictions typically apply to technical access (for example, blocking abusive traffic) rather than to a specific user identity.
Nexora may update these Terms from time to time. When the Terms are updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and the updated Terms will be available on this page.
If you continue to use Nexora after the Terms are updated, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please stop using Nexora.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of Nexora shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
[This clause is pending final legal review before launch. It reflects Nexora's operational jurisdiction but should be confirmed by the platform owner.]
